At the end of each production process it must be ensured that a product is flawless. The scope of such “end-of-line” tests ranges from simple queries such as “Is an O-ring fitted?” to tests of surface finish and dimension, to leak tests, especially for pipe assemblies.

In recent years KOHLHAGE has invested heavily in the development of in-house test procedures and can now meet customer requirements quickly and thoroughly. In addition, KOHLHAGE technicians have developed procedures to integrate test procedures into fully automated production. This is done, for example, by using automated camera technology. In this way KOHLHAGE guarantees the quality of its products at a constantly high level through short, fast as well as safe test procedures.
